If it were me getting paid, I would have asked for the total payment in full before starting my memes. Presidential runs are not static and I would personally prefer a solid start and stop deadline. If this is the case then, again, assuming they are paid in full to do a job to completion, Mike's terrible meme mills will still be running but for Biden. Lots of assumptions there but I still suspect it to be the case.
