Do the FBI suck that bad at their jobs or did they not want to stop these incidents for some reason?
If you're awake, you'll realize this is just soft-disclosure that our own trusted agencies were being weaponized by the Deep State to massacre us for political advantage.

It's in their interest as an agency to create fear and use that to gain more power, such as with the Patriot Act.
And besides that, they're too incompetent to actually prevent terrorism so every now and then I guess they create one and stop them and claim it as a great victory. They were tailing the guy that tried to shoot up the draw Mohammed the Pedophile and somehow weren't able to stop him.
Still waiting on the Las Vegas shooting and those islamic compounds we found in America.
This is how the all these alphabet agencies work just to keep the money flowing.
The local FBI reps (specifically a woman) in Minneapolis seized one of the would-be hijackers computers PRIOR to September 11th. She sent the computer to the FBI in Washington DC - and nothing happened to it. After 9/11 they discovered some of the plans linked to 9/11 were on the laptop.
