Legal hair splitting. If all that is holding up the declassification of documents as Trump ordered in the Tweet is an official memo then this ruling is just a speed bump.

I think it's flat out obstruction, personally.

I just sent a message to the White House kindly instructing president Trump (he works for US by the way) to send an official presidential memorandum to the DOJ instructing them to declassify all FISA related documents, immediately.
