'We all need to create new reddit accounts and start lurking other subs and fucking take it back. Don't be lazy.'
No lazy about it. Reddit does not deserve our traffic. They do not deserve the dollars they get from advertisers because we are scrolling past their shitty ads.
The actual 'non-lazy' thing to do is to talk to your friends, family, classmates?, and peers at work about political issues. The people in the real world.
If you're focusing all your attention on Reddit (mostly middle schooler / high schooler demo? Low or no voting demo?) then you're wasting your time.
Reddit already has automod and tagging tools to track who you are. It's even easier for Admins to track you down when you're making too many alt accounts. If those tools fail then they have enough shills or brainwashed mods to silence you on their platform.
Constantly making alt accounts is what you think is a 'back door' to spreading the word on Reddit. the real back door is to speak with real humans. Nothing will convince people to change their perceptions than real life experiences. (Short example: In 2017 a few family members that voted for Hillary said Trump was doing a decent job. They won't vote for him again but they don't look down on me for voting for him).
I never saw TD as a bastion of freedom for all of social media. It was always where I thought I could get 'the inside scoop'. Now that location has changed to .win.
It's o.k. to miss TD but Reddit didn't destroy the Trump movement (despite what Reddit thinks or wants you to think).
Fuck social media and their screwed or biased information. Fuck them in their stupid asses.
Reddit lost. It was a no win situation for them.
