Everyone sees Biden's mental state either diminishing or running away of its own free will. Hillary was recently on some talk show talking praises about Biden - she was setting the stage for herself. Hillary makes a comeback into the arena and is chosen by Biden as his VP.
Now, although I think it's unlikely, suppose Trump is defeated and Biden becomes President. Hillary, being the generous VP, lets Biden get through the first one hundred days so that it appears as if Biden tried his hardest. On day 101 she and the Cabinet pull the 25th Amendment on Biden. Biden bows out. Hillary finally has her "it's my turn!" moment.
