Sorry for another reddit post, but if they are banning people for upvoting wrong think, I doubt it will be too long before the ban people for downvoting whatever the current leftist narrative is.

I've wondered this myself, because I often downvote political crap on the science, futurology, and uplifting news subs. I like all those things, so I want those subs cleared of trash.
You will get "reddit Gold" and be able to ban others, censor others, if you upvote material approved by those above you in the heirarchy.
Before long, bans just for lurking in the wrong neighborhood!
