I'm not sure this is true, from the reading I've done/numbers I've seen.
There's officially around 100,000 cases and 3400 deaths worldwide, which is a deathrate of less than 3.5%. There's not going to be much of an "unknown" with the deaths (for obvious reasons), but since a big percentage of people with corona do not even have noticable symptoms, and another big percentage of people have just he usual common cold/flu symptoms and never get tested, the "unknown" for infecteds (but not deceased) is most likely HUGE. I've seen estimates anywhere from at least 3x to over 10x.
That would mean that the deathrate now goes anywhere from .3% to 1%, which is similar to influenza. And don't forget, many of the death cases are also in countries with worse hygiene, etc.
Like in the US, there's around 200-250 cases with around 12 death cases. But I'm confident the actual number of infected people is in the thousands, making the death rate "minimal".
Also a leading German Virologist said the other day that from everything he's seen, the virus is less infectious than influenza. If this is true, then we have a virus that's less infectious than influenza, and has a similar death rate. So basically: a nothing burger. There's been years in Germany where MILLIONS of people get influenza and 20-25 THOUSAND die from influenza, yet nobody cares and there's no "pandemic/panic" talk in the media at all, nor does it tank the economy, nor does anyone get quarantined, etc.
IMO, even if you plus/minus the numbers a bit, my verdict: it's crazy overhyped, and it's the media's fault. Without media, nobody would even notice this thing, it would be just another flu, no panic, etc.
I don’t remember more details, but earlier this week, POTUS’ people, or a doctor, went to facility were the tests were being made & found some kind of contamination of the tests -- in Atlanta -- so they moved the location. Said we would have a ton of tests available by Friday, I believe? They did not elaborate on what supposedly happened to the tests to contaminate them, or give any indication who was responsible.
What point is he trying to make?
Gaetz is good for the lultz. Jordan is good for the serious stuff.
More should be done, but it’s legit not a problem. Barely worse than the common cold/flu.

That is just not true. Where do you get your info? CNN?
Yes. I’m totally ok with catching it. I won’t go out of my way, but I will just deal with it if I get it.

If they haven't been tested then you can't actually count them.
Supposedly we just lost our first infected in FL, yesterday.
Hysteria
Some Ambassador for Iran got the Cova19 then died a few days after he tested positive.
