Biden can't either, but he's got a better chance than Clinton. Biden might be going senile, but he has more personality than a cardboard cutout.
Whenever Clinton speaks, she poisons anything she supports.

Hillary is finished as a political force. There's no way Biden would do this. Politicians aren't this selfless. Arkancide would be far more likely, but the chances of her appointment are virtually nil
