For the life of me, I can't figure it out.

upload your image to an image hosting site such as imgur, maga.host, or kekpe.pe.

Then right click on your image, and copy image address. Then in dotwin, you'll hit "Submit a link", and paste that address in the link field. Give it a title, and hit submit.

I upload to an IRC chat with IRCloud then copy the URL...
