Woman can have a Adam's apple too, just like they can get mustaches. Males just usually have it more defined.

When they said Francine Pugh I think that was her name..she looked to me like a young man..I'm pretty sure he/she was a man..just identifying as a woman. I did not notice the adams apple but he.she dressed like a guy and had zero breasts.
