Costco in the Chicagoland area have shortages of TP, purell, and Lysol wipes. One woman my wife knew through her work association said that she was there the other day and it looked like black friday. When the workers put out a crate of toilet paper everyone went nuts. Some jagoff bought a pallet of hand sanitizer from Costco and is selling bottles for around $30 online.
All this because 2,000 or so people died worldwide of a population of eight billion. Thank you media.
Wally World in my part of SoCal had only the Mtn Spring jugs, did not check paper since you can just use free napkins from Del Taco . My closest Staters' is usually out of Distilled by 1PM but the shelf was halfway fullCostco is always like "The Day After" on a Wednesday morning anywayRoads still clogged up but noticing heavier-than-normal police presence
