Have a virtual pie : Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Pie : takes 5 minutes no-bake. 1cup peanut butter (smooth), 1cup cool whip, 1 small (4.5oz) box chocolate (or chocolate-fudge) pudding mix, 1.25 cup milk. Combine with whisk (until it's dark cocoa brown) and pour into cookie or graham cracker crust (pre made). Top with remaining cool whip and grated chocolate dust (optional). Chill 3 hours before serving. Cleanup-5 minutes. Cost : 4.99 or less. Caution : Rich as hell, small slices work best.
Oddly enough since it's basically a mousse on a crust, each slice has fewer calories than a can of soda. The air in the whipped topping, which is used as the binder, cuts the caloric density.
