I want to do my part and open the eyes of those who had the wool pulled over their eyes from liars like Sanders and the DNC.

But everyone is so stuck in their ways and downright hostile to the right. I went to a pro Sanders subreddit and debated people and while most people were pretty respectful, it wasn't long until someone looked at my post history and saw r/thedonald and everyone went REEEEEEE you're a nazi, a fascist, a Trumptard, a pol tard!

How do you red pill? Do you try to have honest discussions and provide evidence? Do you meme the truth to uplift the leftards?

A good technique is to make your argument in under a sentence, whenever possible. That doesn’t mean you can’t later expand on the details of your argument if someone is willing to listen, but the essential point of the argument needs to be distilled down to one line. That way leftists will read it and hear the argument before they even have time to realize it is a conservative writing this and they should stop reading. They may not immediately accept the argument, but they will have heard it, understood it, and that will begin to create the cognitive dissonance that breaks the programming.
