The thing about addictions, having worked with some people closely to get them off cigarettes -- you get good at quitting. So keep trying. Eventually you'll get it. And if you revert -- why, you already know how to quit so just do it again.
You do need friends who will support you. You also need God. I'm not saying you need AA, but you do need help through this. If you could handle it yourself, it wouldn't be a problem.
I'm with you, fren. It becomes a part of our daily ritual. Alcohol never did anyone any favors. The older you get, the more you feel it in your liver and see it on your face. You can quit a thousand times if you have to. One day you'll figure out what works for you and it will stick.

Whenever I point this out to people, they freak out because they realize that he WOULD'VE TAKEN CARE OF THEM. Unlike a certain Bill Clinton and Hunter Biden who won't even acknowledge their own flesh and blood.

I've hardly had any alcohol or caffinated coffee since Trump has been elected. I'm trying to get some of that dragon energy.
