Diversity is such a bullshit word. "We need more diversity here, and here, and here." Okay, great! So you hire black men and black women and asian men and asian women who come from similar backgrounds as the rest of your employees, and have similar life experiences, and you call yourself diverse. Harvard made itself "more diverse" by expanding it's enrollment to students of color, who are all generally from better off families who parented their children similarly to the white children.

They have a bartender from the Bronx, a Muslim from the middle east, another from wherever the fuck that fat slob is from, and the rest from generally privileged backgrounds.
