Couple of years ago there was a mob of "no cost" shoppers who showed up at a local Kmart (no longer there of course), with the intent of a flash mob type stealing spree. Apparently someone tipped off LE and they were right behind them. Approximately 30 police cars. As soon as the "Shoppers" began their spree the cops were right there to arrest them all. This was in the NE. Much fun was had by all.
