I keep telling people this and they just stare at me. They are two conflicting ideas... you can't have both it's impossible. Go to any of these supposedly great socialized medicine countries like canada or Cuba or Sweden etc and walk up to their border (or sail up if appropriate) and say you'd like entry so you can start getting free stuff. They'll turn you away at gun point.
