Biden has developed a form of aphasia in his old age, the same condition that my 90 year old extended family member had, issues with remembering nouns and names. It isn't dementia exactly, but it's serious.
A few days ago I said that it was almost as if Biden was running away from certain words as a strategy. My thinking was only half right. He is, but it isn't a messaging strategy. It's his brain searching for memories. The more I watch him, the more I see my family member. It's the same thing. He literally can't remember Obama's name in that other speech.
Biden's been in politics as long as I've been alive and I never heard he had a stutter.
Besides, how does a stutter cause you to not know what state you're in, or result in "Super Thursday"?
