Sweden, France, Germany, Canada, all gone due to "diversity". UK, Belgium, gone due to legal mass immigration, Australia is dead if they sign the UN Global Compact For Migration in the future. Ireland, they look gone.

Eastern Europe will not fall. As a matter of fact, they are moving further to the right. Same goes for much of Western Europe. Just last month, anti-migrant/nationalist parties won and kicked out the socialists in both Slovenia and Slovakia which are both in Eastern Europe. Also, the anti-Islam/anti-Immigrant parties Vox and Sweden Democrats in Spain and Sweden are now the 3rd and largest parties, respectively. In Italy, it's only a matter of time until the anti-immigration party Lega with Salvini will be back in charge.
Even Israel moved to the right following elections last week, a result of the high birth rates of orthodox Jews. With the high birth rates of US Evangelicals, something similar will happen in the US later this decade as US evangelicals are the only major group with above replacement level fertility. Consequently, White birth rates are predicted to rise above all other races while non-white fertility will continue to fall even further (they are already below replacement level). White babies are currently 73.5% of all newborns, far more than the media would want you to believe. See figures here.
