Get the idea? Anyone who isn't aware that "diversity" just means an absence of white people (particularly men) hasn't been paying attention for the last 20 years. The modern left looks at a conference room comprised entirely of white women or a classroom containing 98% black students and calls it "diversity". What other conclusion can be drawn but that diversity just means no white males?
