The new "libertarians" have embraced every aspect of left wing authoritarianism, not just open borders.

You can see this in "libertarians" arguing for "guaranteed minimum income".

Any group not explicitly right wing will eventually be taken over by the left.

With the opioid crisis in America that is killing million of people and the migrant crisis + the possible crime, their position on these issues is unacceptable.

I was a Libertarian once, for about 15 years. Back then, they were "the Party of Principle."

I left in 2015 when they got on the "gay marriage" bandwagon, which IS a use of force to accomplish a political or social goal.

The LP has become the very thing they despised.

I'm just a nationalist now.

Ideology means little if my children have been made a minority in their own nation.

I have been a libertarian almost since the party was founded. My family knew Toni Nathan and I knew Andre Marrou. They would sit around and argue about how many angels you can get on the head of a pin, or in other words stupid trivialities, instead of getting things done. I still protest vote LP most of the time, but lately they are totally off the rails. The open borders stuff is nuts

Hell yeah this meme is spicy. I’m “libertarian” but after Ron and rands failed attempts I reluctantly backed trump. I have been pleasantly surprised. I can confidently say trump is the most libertarian president we will ever get. Socially liberal (to a reasonable extent) and fiscally conservative.

The social liberalism, mostly coming from Javanka, is a tragedy.
