The travel restriction was the right thing for DJT to have done! The resistance against it has proven to be idiotic. We should take reasonable precautions but warm weather spells doom for this outbreak ...
The thing about not knowing how many are affected is, how do you know how many are affected with the common flu given it has a death rate of 0.1%? Surely there are lots of people who don't go to hospital and therefore aren't counted, given that 30 percent of those with the flu have minor symptoms.
How come the data shows it having a far higher death rate..? Also another important point is that when you have overcapacity in hospitals, people die who dont have the required care. This is happening in Italy at the moment as the ICUs are over run and patients who need intensive care are being left in regular wards without the required health monitoring and treatment like ventilation
