I work in a hospital and once new a patient who would come in every few weeks in order to get a free meal, and get the nurses to wash him. He had huge, disgusting blackheads all over his back, and he always demanded to leave after a day or two. He lived out of his van, so sometimes he'd just stay in the parking lot and come back later.

Well, the nurses and doctors recommended him many many times to go to a shelter where he would get help, but he just refused to go.
