Trump needs to start hiring people that actually support his agenda. so far he's fired the only three people that were ever worked in his administration that actually supported him. every other person has been a deep State actor that goes on to betray him after they leave.

he needs somebody in the doj the fucking supports him. he needs somebody running the FCC that's not a corrupt piece of trash. he needs somebody running the FEC that supports his agenda. you can't have an effective administration if nobody in your administration wants to implement your agenda

Under what statute? You guys have no standing and no idea. Twitter is not violating your civil rights. You sound ridiculous. You guys really want congress to get involved in determining who can say what, when and where?

I can tell you guys were leftists until about 12 seconds ago, because like leftists, you have no understanding of liberty and utterly lack any kind of principle guiding your actions. It's all an arbitrary "ban this!" mentality, but now it's for "your" side. Foolish.

imagine thinking that telling a company you can't censor people is the same as determining what you can say when and where LOL. The problem with libertarians is they have everything backwards. their entire worldview is backwards. They think censorship is free speech and free speech is censorship..

the same way they think tyranny is freedom as long as it's done by a corporation..

people don't want liberty or freedom. They want monarchy. with one super rich person ruling the country with an iron fist and no Constitution holding them back. since they don't believe that the constitution should apply to private companies in the first place.

is there people who think that the constitution only applies if did you like what the government but they also don't want the government to exist. and if they don't want the Constitution to ever reply. They want to privatize everything and let George Soros own every square inch of America and rule it with an iron fist..

Libtard thoughts. Oh no, the super rich are gonna get us!

I can tell you were a leftist 12 seconds ago. No principles. A ship adrift with no sextant. Your thinking is random and based on nothing. Come up with a universal principle that supports the things you believe. You don't have one. It's all just a case by case, whether or not it effects you positively or negatively, decision making process.

The reason I believe facebook and twitter can kick you off their service is because I'm not a communist like you and I believe in private property. I believe in private property for me, for you, and for facebook. The government has zero right to infringe on the right of the people to hold dominion over their property. I believe in free association and voluntarism. If you don't like facebook, don't use facebook.

You cucks talk up a storm about borders, gun rights, baking cakes for homos, and even this very site we're talking on with the ability to ban dissenters, but when it comes to the exact same rights for someone's company that just happens to be arrayed against us, you're real quick to abandon all your so-called "beliefs" in order deal a blow to the opposition. Facebook can do whatever the fuck it wants. It can ban you for any reason. Facebook is not a utility, you don't need facebook to survive. Facebook is vastly overestimated in terms of influence over elections or anything else. it's a business that will eventually fail, because it has made poor business decisions.

We can't and shouldn't need to wait for an action from the court. This is something that can be acted on more immediately.

My comment:

The FEC, the FCC, and the FTC should issue the following order

No social media platform can edit, alter, or censor the official candidate or official campaign account Any action taken against either candidate or campaign will result in a $100 BILLION fine.

they couldn't do that but first you need to appoint good people to those organizations. if Trump would just start appointing Trump supporters instead of appointing Obama supporters things that go a lot smootherr..
