The big difference you're failing to understand is that twitter is a private company and doesn't have to allow people who violate their terms of service on their platform.

No I completely understand it. Don't be a fucking moron. If they do that, that's fine BUT they are then counted as a good damn platform and there are rules that go along with that. Your seem to not understand this basic concept. We don't care which one they are but they can't have it both ways
