For a Pede who has never invested in stocks. What would be a safe stock/s to purchase? I have no doubt after this WU flu scare it will jump back up and I want in.
Take a subject you're knowledgeable in. For me that's computer hardware and cool tech stuff.
Don't just invest in a company because they have a good PR team, take the time to research the other players in the field, get to know their product and make your decision based off of that.
