My wife asked me to put up a fence to keep my dog in. I thought it was stupid but I did it anyway. Somehow he cant get out of the backyard now. I dont understand cause the news told me walls dont work. Very strange.

I took my fence down. Now gangs of neighborhood dogs come by and impregnate my dog every day. Now she whines constantly and snaps at every other dog on our walks. What can I do to teach my dog to get along better with other dogs?
