Every citizen in US should have health insurance. It is not going to be Medicare for all or Obamacare. But I am committed to getting this done and it will include private and public health options. This would take all dems talking points away and Trump keeps all his promises.

I'd agree more with the notion that every American should have access to a variety of affordable options. You know, like before ObamaCare ruined affordability by making it mandatory by law to have it.
Can't force people to buy something, but you can take down a lot of the artificial barriers and let the free market compete to provide better options.
Why should "every citizen in US have health insurance" ??? NONSENSE!!!!! The idea is so ludicrous that I would have used profanity. But this is not the place. Suffice it to say that health insurance is not needed. it is not a 'right'. it is not even close to a necessity.
Of the 320 million people in America, only about 24 million don't have health insurance. This number includes about 4.5 million illegal aliens. Without including the illegals, that comes out to about 6% of the population. How is that a crisis?
Blame GOP leadership. It's the job of Congress to pass legislation. They held the House, Senate and WH for Trump's first two years and did jack shit.
Yeah I know but Trump could land this in everyones lap and sit back. I hate politicians.
If you were going to do this it would have to be run like car insurance. The difference being that instead of not being able to drive, you should have a different kind of social penalty if you choose not to participate. Like they are doing to the anti-vax kids not being allowed to attend public schools and the like. It has to be a choice, and it has to be about more than money. That was the problem under Obamacare. Written by the insurance companies to wring out max profits.
