That’s why I counter this with my kid. We talk about his school lessons and I tell him sometimes teachers have to teach certain things that aren’t true. That helps him understand that he’s being taught lies sometimes but doesn’t turn him into a little punk ass.
I must have came through school JUST in time, because I remember learning in high school that socialism destroys countries, with real, historical examples. The facts sold themselves.
