All they need to do is stay home on Election Day. Few would be genuine converts, and I don't see any real benefit to adding a bunch of protest votes. As long as real Trump supporters get out and vote, Trump will win by a landslide, electoral and popular vote.
This is why I've been telling them to vote for Biden. They hate Biden and being told to vote for him just makes them hate him more and makes them even less likely to vote for him.
