Rosenstein played him like a fiddle. He was in way over his head. And once in, he seemed to do nothing to get himself out of the mess he created. Justice suffered greatly. I've got little sympathy.
Once in Sessions very publicly and very brazenly sided with Rosenstein against President Trump two times that I'm aware of. There were probably additional displays of in-your-face treachery.
