We've put out a new batch of updates, following yesterday's changes.
- settings cog in navbar on both mobile and desktop now open a dropdown with links to additional pages such as saved and hidden posts (highly requested)
- added a listing of posts that you have upvoted, also accessible in new dropdown
- added option in settings to disable inbox replies when users reply to your posts (highly requested, per post setting coming soon)
- the "messages" tab in inbox now only shows private conversations
- added a new "comment replies" tab in inbox
- fixed some issues where content would appear older than it is (>45 mins != "an hour")
- fixed pagination issues on saved and hidden post listings
- fixed pluralization of "comment" when only 1 comment
Our priorities remain image hosting, bringing back the bots, and getting the top sort option re-enabled.

What is the harm in allowing the users who come here to help contribute as well, then? Is it because you don’t want to set up some sort of entity that will get back to your identities? Are you worried you’ll be given more than is needed? Will you be open to changing this if costs do begin to rise? I guess - if it comes to the point that you do need money - will you come to the community before going to any third party?

I think it's a good sign that so many of us want you to take our money. I appreciate your position and I hope you don't get too tired of having to explain it. And I apologize for the skeptics that think you are somehow getting something over on us for doing this for "free".

Do not be so sure of that...Fully expect the site to come under viscous attack as the election comes near and repair costs to skyrocket.
Not only that, but I highly doubt that this site would be able to handle the large volume of users that the reddit has (probably around 10 million now).
I don't trust all these people asking to donate. In the beginning, it was easier to distinguish pedes and shills.
Now there's an influx of "muh transparency" people. And they don't mention crypto as a way to secure admin identities, which is more suspect.
You guys gave us a free MAGA site. If they don't like it, there's a billion other sites to visit.

I'm a simple man. I hate the liberals who say I'm racist for being born white, that think saying "I am genderfluid, therefore I am" is real, who say patriotism is racism, who want the country they live in to fail, who call us nazis and fascists yet accuse us of having the wrong opinion, who think men are evil, and who control media, public schools, and entertainment to indoctrinate youth into believing their evil stupid ways are fact. Therefore, I want to help support the free speech that this site offers.
As I said before, Trump has enough money that I don't feel it would be useful to donate to the Trump Make America Great Again Committee (the thing I got in the mail from Daddy) so I would rather help support this website. The admins don't have infinite money unless someone rich behind the scenes is supporting this place, and we may need more money than they have when the election rolls around as the shits try taking this place down. It would always be good to have a stockpile anyway for an emergency.
I don't know much about cryptos and bitcoin. I did buy some a few years ago using Coinbase, but that was the extent of it. If there was a simple, secure, and private way to do so I would do it if crypto was the option. I do understand the privacy risks involved as I remember how CisWhiteMalestrom (TD creator) was doxxed and threatened for having an opinion "The Fempire" (the name they used in a letter threatening him), but I would like to help out.

No, there aren't. This is literally the only place for us to speak (that I know of anyway). If there are other websites, feel free to mention them. I'd be highly interested in visiting them.

I’ve both asked for transparency and crypto options, and explicitly pointed out that I understand their concerns may be with privacy.
I think it’s very naive of anyone here to have just witnessed what happened on reddit and not be wary of how this site, too, could be used to influence public opinion on certain topics in a certain direction. When that happens in any other situation you always follow the money.
By the way, any use of crypto still allows for some level of traceability as well, due to the nature of having to convert it to real cash in order to pay real businesses in most cases.
