Joe is FAKING IT. He isn't losing it. He pretends to lose it the same way Harvey Weinstein faked it with that walker -- for sympathy. Joe is old, but look at him last Fall. He was cruising around, giving speeches, pretending to be a politician. He's always had gaffes, but these over-the-top ones are part of his script to stay out of Burisma/Ukraine jail. He wants his Dems to feel sorry for him and vote him in. He doesn't want to go to trial. When he loses the race, he'll act all drooly and stupid so they'll say he's not fit to stand trial.
