Democrat judges are truly lawless. They will simply declare a nationwide injunction based on their feels and effectively dictate policy from their bench. They should be ignored, but of course the Democrats would call that lawless when the initial nationwide injunction was literally the definition of lawless.
POTUS needs to simply ignore nationwide injunctions. What is the court with no jurisdiction going to do? Cry to the SCOTUS? They know the injunctions are unenforceable because they've ruled so themselves
The nationwide injunction has become a huge joke. It was designed as a temporary for national commercial issues, not liberal justices to legislate federal policy from the bench.

I hope you are right. I think it is far more likely that in 2025 the Dems will appoint 18 total judges to the Supreme Court. It's important they never win another election, Congressional or presidential, from now until the elections shift from R vs D to Conservative vs Libertarian after the Democratic party, the socialists and the Communists, are no longer a threat.
