Just curious what you all think. How long is this bs gonna last. NBA is suspending it's season, Trump banning European travel now (which will surely effect the economy), NCAA possibly cancelling spring sports altogether this year. Do we think this wraps up by summer and we forget about it and the economy has a full rebound? Or do you guys think the measures we are having to take are going to have longer term effects on the economy and thus Trumps shot at re-election?
This corona situation is totally nuts. It’s either way worse than what we’re hearing, or the world has descended into full blown hysteria
I think hysteria is reaching its peak (or will within the next few weeks) when nothing huge comes of it within a month or two it will subside, the markets will rebound fully over the summer, economy restabalizes (because it has a sound foundation), and by the time the election is in full swing its all behind us.
Or we all gonna die.
The gears seem to be shifting in a big way and this could be the instrument used to disguise that shift.
So long and shrot term, how does this effect markets?
