Sorry, but this is absolute garbage. It's some kind of scam that's "gone viral" with several variants, and has been thoroughly debunked. Seriously, "@money.secretz" on a supposedly serious message from a physician re coronavirus? Any actual physician reading this would know it's nonsense.

I’ve seen this around other places. It is mostly called out as BS. But there is nothing here that can hurt you so FWIW.

It's complete BS and is potentially dangerous as it suggests that people can self-diagnose or rule out infection with coronavirus. Also spreading alarm, claiming if someone already has a fever and cough, they may have "50% fibrosis" and it's "too late". The fibrosis claim is nonsense -- lung fibrosis is scarring which would absolutely not occur at all when someone had just started showing symptoms.
