The next few weeks are going to be very volatile and tough on the markets. But there will be buying opportunities and this virus will start to die off as the weather moves into spring/summer temps. The market will roar back and I think it will be close to what it was sometime in the summer.
What "tropical" places are you talking about? Some of those areas that we think of as normally warm and arid are down in the 30's and 40's in the winter.
