find people who are socially inept. People who have almost no friends, no social, romantic, nor financial successes. Convince them they are victims of someone else's doing. Make being a victim seem like the cool new trend. Create as many safe spaces as you can for them to hide in. Create automatic acceptance locations. Give them immunity from criticism. Tell them you'll fix their problems (they you've help make up) Then when confined, pump them full of your ideals.

When counter ideals are thrown at them, censor those voices.
