No doubt the chinese made this virus,I think it may in this case be a fuck up in its containment because its hitting them hard if the chinese really wanted to test it would make sense to do it in some town a bit more isolated so they could see how it spreads/kills but keep it from infected a fuck ton of there own/ screwing there economy quite abit.

The virus was likely leaked from the level 4 biohazard lab in Wuhan linked to the PLA doing bioweapon research. Look in the Article Information part of the paper:
