Is that pretty soon we're all going to know someone, probably multiple people, who had the virus and recovered. It's also going to be extremely rare that we know someone who did not recover.
In the interviews I've seen of those who've had it (which are hard to find in the MSM) the worst symptom mentioned was the fever. No stuffiness, no body aches, just a rapid onset fever that eventually went away while drinking lots of fluids.
The truth shall set us free, as it always does.
H1N1 - 61 million Americans caught it. NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, NCAA didn't stop games.
That’s because it had a fatality rate of less than 0.1%. This has a fatality rate of around 2% as far as we can figure out. If sixty million get this virus then around one million will die.
I think it is a little too early to assume a mortality rate. We are still in the early stages of the pandemic.
.86% mortality on the cruise ship, where all cases are known.
2% in the early days out in the world, where only people with severe symptoms are counted among those who have contracted the virus.
And with Iran dropping a 5-6% with their stellar health care
Fine, it could be anywhere up to six percent, does that make you happier?
