It's tempting to take that view, but I'm going to disagree because Mitch is largely responsible for the wave of republcan judges were seeing get seated right now. He held up the process during Obama's second term and has been appointing like mad these past three years. He may not be big on passing grand legislation but he does know how to work the levels of government.
