Testing in South Korea is highest. That's why rate is low. Testing kicked in immediately.

But the CFR is going to be relative to the country and the country's ability to handle the critical cases.

In Italy, they can't handle the critical cases. In South Korea, they can.

And yesm in Italy, when testing "kicks in" the CFR is going to go down. But the number of infected is going to triple.
