For the United States, the main thing that we have going for us is that we don't smoke. The residents of China, Iran and Italy smoke like crazy. That's really bad for someone with a respiratory condition. Basically a lifetime of smoking can reduce your lung capacity. For the United States, the main thing that we have going for us is that we don't smoke.
