Name me one American citizen who has committed a crime and the Courts had the legal hurdle to prove they "Meant" to break the law? You won't find one. But that is the legal argument made to exonerate Hillary by Comey and then again by Bill Barr to exonerate Comey on the charge of leaking classified information to the Press. This is a blatant disregard for the rule of law. It is raw and in your face. They are telling you there is a two tier justice system. So you can lean on terminology, legal ease and just wait and see "Justice will be done" But I tend to look at their actions and can plainly see this is not going to end in Justice for those crimes.
