60 countries?? wow man, you must have some incredible stories. i have spent my professional life abroad as well but nowhere near that extent. I truly hope you overcome the medical issues soon and are able to do whatever is your heart's content.

Damn right about America. Nothing makes you appreciate it better than experiencing the alternatives.
