The Chev/GMC in camo, did the US army use those at any point?

I know the Canadian army did in the 80s, exact same paint scheme, just wondering if this is a Canadian surplus truck.

Thx, yeah I figured out it was the M-10 in the US Army when used..

Canada had the same thing (not sure if Chevy or GMC, or both).. used as Command Posts, Ambulances and just MILCOTS (Military Customized Off The Shelf)

LOL It's actually the 'Cuck-Vee' aka CUCV... the pre-Humvee days in the US Military. Canadian Army used the same thing for a bit, before moving on to the Bombardier ILTIS...

Now we use the Mercedes G-Wagon.
