Nah, it's more like a bat at the top which drips blood into the feed of a chicken beneath it which is kept in a cage directly over some raw meat that it can then shit on which is left to fester in the hot sun for 5 hours before someone buys it and then cooks it with "cooking oil" distilled from sewage pulled out of a storm drain.

Dude exactly, hundreds of wild animals from all over the world kept in small humid rooms.. none of those animals would ever come in contact with each other in nature and people are like "how could this have happened?"
