California's Borders are open in spite of her people. Majority of Californians want the southern border well regulated. A good portion of California would love to wall off San Fran and Sacramento if they could. Yet CA would have never been much of a liberal hellhole if Reagan didnt bow to Democrats with his 1986 bill.
