I appreciate the clarification which I was unaware of however that doesn't really change the fact that when you're going from one completely different Society located in a Sovereign Nation to another, ID should be insufficient if it's just locally issued. A nationwide standard passport or Visa recognized by other nations should be the method of vetted identification
