If she can't come up with something to get her out of it, and it looks like she'll be hauled in to testify, she'll likely get Arkancided. There are a whole lot of ruthless people who don't want the truth coming out, and it would be awfully easy to connect her with some coronavirus, and have her resulting death or near-complete disability dismissed as just a normal case of an elderly and infirm person succumbing to the virus.
Excellent. Her appeal has no reasonable basis. If it works anyway, that would be a pretty screwed up Appeals Court. Hillary is scared to death. She has never been grilled where the fix was not in somehow, not even the Benghazi Congress testimony. She simply is not smart or trained enough to give non-damaging answers. And there is the perjury trap. Anything she says, Tom can bring three witnesses to say she's lying. Finally, her only possible defense is that she was too stupid to understand that running the SecState email through a home brew server instead of the super secure gov't net was a violation of the Espionage Act (and stupidity isn't an excuse in that particular law though a jury might see it that way.)
